1.  Plan before you lift.  Remove anything that is in the way.  Pushing is easier than pulling.  Pulling is easier than carrying.  Lowering loads causes less strain than lifting.
2.  Get help for heavy or bulky loads.  Use equipment like a car to help when possible.
3.  Lift with as straight a back as is comfortable.

No questions will be asked why you are canceling the policy and no hard feelings.  All you need to do is write your policy number and "cancel" on the front page of the policy, sign your name, date it, and mail it back to us.  This offer is void if any claims have been, or are to be, made under the policy or if there was any misrepresentation on any application for insurance.

After the first 30 days of your relationship with us, your total and continuous satisfaction is of paramount importance to us.  If you should change your mind for any reason thereafter, we want you to write and tell us.  We will cancel your policy as of the date we receive your letter and refund the full amount of the unused portion of your premium to you with no questions asked.
