Is Consistency One of Your Company’s Strong Points?
Over the years I have seen many organizations, individuals, companies and politicians lack consistency. This leaves members, competitors, employees and everyone else wondering what will happen next. Obviously this is not the way to be successful. It doesn’t lead to longevity either. It really spells disaster for all mentioned above.
Now is the time to look at yourself and your current situation and find out if you can honestly tell yourself that you are consistent. Remember, if you can’t be honest with yourself, then who can you be honest with? Over the years, I have seen others lack honesty even with their own self.
As you go through your daily routine, ask yourself if you are consistent. Do you show up on time? Do you put forth an honest effort in whatever you endeavor to do? Are you consistent in putting forth that effort? Or do you go all out one day and then slough off the next day or time you have an activity? Why don’t you check on your own conduct and do it consistently. See if you truly are consistent. Will you be surprised with yourself or will you be proud of yourself?
